100-Night Risk-Free Trial (Pillow)
Try the Lime Pillow at home for up to 100 nights from the day it’s delivered. If it’s not a fit, we’ll take it back for a full refund.
What’s included
- 100 nights to try the pillow at home.
- Full refund if you’re not happy.
- Prepaid return label (we’ll send it after your return is approved).
Condition
- The pillow may be gently used during the trial.
- It must be clean, undamaged, and free of stains or odors when returned.
- Please return it with the original packaging if you still have it.
How to start a trial return
Email support@limesleep.com with your order number and “Trial Return” in the subject line. We’ll confirm eligibility and send your label plus simple instructions.
Note: The 100-Night Trial applies to the Lime Pillow. Abuse, excessive damage, or returns outside the trial window are not covered.
Standard 30-Day Return Policy (Non-Trial Items)
For items not covered by the 100-Night Trial, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
- Item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods (beauty products), and hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases).
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it can take time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
